Anyone know who's racing this year?

I saw some pics of Marvanett at IMKY, but don't know who else here is racing.

Simply impressive, that's all I have to say.

I did 14:16, got sick on the bike, not sure why, run was a sufferfest, a fight to the finish. But I finished! I am truly happy with that

Thank you so much. It was a very tough day for everyone out there. The winner, Chris McDonald said he retired 4 times on the 2nd loop and he was winning.

I had a better swim than expected and the bike went according to plan (back half push). Started the run planning a 3:30 and that went out the window quickly. But overall, I was pleased with my race and super happy to see tons of smiling faces out there.

Thank you to everyone!

On long runs, I've been taking 4-oz of Gatorade Endurance every 10-minutes, for a total of about 24-oz an hour. Should I boost my liquid consumption on the runs?

During the race there will be plenty of opportunities to exchange bottles, so I'm thinking about going with the aero bottle and Gatorade bottle and fill up as necessary. What should I do?

If a heart patient can do these things, then so can those of you who haven't been split open like a fish and sewn back together.
