nothing really. this is my typical transition

What would you do differently?:

nothing

long t-2 because i went to the port-a-potty. long pee. without that, this is under a minute.

Comments:

good run. splits were pretty even after mile 2. like the bike, i was really happy with this. was hoping to break 50 going in, so to have a shot at 45 was great. felt good the whole run
What would you do differently?:

nothing
Post race
Warm down:

stretched and rolled. drank the ensure. piece of pizza

What limited your ability to perform faster:

training and taking a year off from speed training to focus on ultras
