Subject: D3 Multisport/Mike Ricci Iron Distance Plan
Hey, does anyone out there have any experience with Iron plans from D3 Multisport and/or Mike Ricci. I'm shopping around for training plans right now for my next IM, and this one looked pretty good. Any input is appreciated!

Mike is a very experienced coach and in my experience his plans are extremely well written. I would not hesitate to recommend any of his plans to train for a race.

Mike posts here so you may want to drop him a line as well.

I second what Shane said.  Mike is one of the most experienced and well-respected coaches in the sport.
