Subject: Custom Training Plan not found
So I created a 28wk program for IM. I imported it and it shows up in my planned workouts. But where can I find it if I want to delete it? I looked under settings and My Training Plans, but nothing there. Am I not looking in the right plan?

Go to 'Training Log' --> 'My Training Plan' and switch the the 'Calendar' view.  You will see 'copy/move/delete' buttons to clear out/modify your planned training.

Using a high-volume schedule for many months is not the best tactic. Build speed and skill several months out, and then transition to a high-volume IM plan.

I usually have at least one workout per day, sometimes two or three, but I spend about all in-between time eating. I am not gaining weight, but I am not losing weight either. Should I be concerned?

Find a mentor. Make a list of at least three people that you could approach for help, list your specific needs and then be courageous enough to begin asking.
