Subject: Interesting article on new bike safety feature
The article below talks about an interesting new device that projects a bike image ahead of you via laser to give your bike a bigger footprint and help motorists see you coming (thus decreasing blind spot turns in cyclists, etc).Pretty interesting ideas in the rest of the article. Perhaps Cervelo will consider adding a glow in the dark tri bike soon!

interesting. But I see my biggest danger being behind me. With due caution, I can be proactive to drivers ahead of me. It is the guy on my 6 that I want to be sure can see me.

Can't remember where I saw it but a rear projecting unit of some type does exist.

There is a system that projects a bike lane around you.
