What would you do differently?:

putting on long sleeve tech shirt took too long--- maybe sleeves would have been faster.

Amazing--- simply amazing course! So stinking hard, but still loved it! Didn't make the wall, but someone crashed in front of me, and I couldn't steer around them without losing control myself.
My taper worked great-- performed better today than 1 mo. ago.
What would you do differently?:

drank a couple slugs of coke to settle my stomach and that helped.
drank mainly water whole time--- carrying a 10oz bottle with me. Chewed some Gu Chomps half way through. Nutrition felt right.
What would you do differently?:

run more hills!

Course: two 6.5 loops--- loved the crowds cheering us on---- could not have been better support, but wow! those hills in the campground and on Fire Tower Rd killed me! Lot of walking on Fire Tower-- oh well.
