Subject: Nutrition strategies
I had the chance to interview First Endurance head of R&D Robert Kunz this week. Frankly I was very impressed, and learned a ton. I've been convinced to at least experiment with EFS drink and Liquid Shot in training/racing (have used Perpetuem, Shot Blox, and PowerGels as primary fuel for several years).

Out of respect for the forum I won't post the link, but check out our site for the interview.

I'm curious if others have used First Endurance products such as EFS drink, Liquid Shot, or Optygen, and what your experience has been.

Thanks!

I'm curious; if you are not posting the link to your blog out of respect to the forum, then why not post the information here for discussion and participate in an ongoing discussion? Instead, it would seem you are simply trying to drive traffic to your blog and have no interest in adding value to the forum you are stating that you respect.

Some of the interviews you conduct could lead very good conversations here and if you were to post your thoughts here and engage in discussion you would likely not only add value to the forum but also see more hits since your efforts would seem less like spam.

I really like EFS. I haven't used Liquid Shot.
