Not really. I think there was a Luke McKenzie and Kienle effect, but I suspect most pro's knew Starky woulkd implode on the run. I did notice that many men seemed to struggle on the run, which is a sign they had to bike out of their comfort zone.... but I don't see this as a result of Starky.

I only had 6 weeks to prepare, so I pushed myself pretty hard while I was training. After my first figure competition, my trainer had me take a week off just to rest and recoup. Was this needed?
