Subject: 2014 KC Tri
I received an interesting email this evening advertising the 2014 KC Triathlon. For the people that got ripped off last year, they're giving a free hoodie, and offering a free entry to 2015 if they cancel due to weather again in 2014.

I actually laughed when I read the email because I've personally tried to contact them a few different times and there are a few notes on their FB page that are all un-answered. They want our money but won't talk with us. Very disappointing.

I hate the fact they made it so cheap. It looks like it is 65 for the Oly. That may be hard to pass up.

I have always been an athlete, growing up playing team sports like basketball and soccer. I also ran in a couple of 10K races every year, so I had no reason to worry about running a 5K...right?

This life of mine is not so different from yours. It has a multitude of similarities. I suffer from uncertainty, I get nervous at the thought of registering and when getting to the starting line.
