I've never ran a standalone 10k before so I'm poppin my cherry on Sunday.  Logs are current.  Same deal I made for my FB friends, closest to actual time wins a beer.  You will have to travel to AZ for it though

Well, this is kind of a shot in the dark.  You've got volume and some speed.  Last 5k's between 18 and 19.  I'm going with 37:30.

I'm cheating by using vdots. Seeing that you were able to do a very nice 10x1K workout...Your 5M vdot =55.5 (usually 10K races are quite similiar to 5M races). 20K race is ok-I now see it was a trail race, (edited to note this) 5K of 54 is pretty good. and Marathon of 50 is also very good. You are reasonably well trained for distance. (You could beat your 5K with some speed training...)

I'd say you are capable of sub 38:00 at 10K, on a forgiving course. It it is hilly or you are not at your best on race day, then certainly slower...

I'll guess 37:49

37:51. I think it only makes sense that you shoot for sub 38...and I think you get there with a small cushion, but finish knowing the next time you shoot for 37:30

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had weight issues. I remember standing on the scale as a child weighing 60 pounds and feeling fat. My family dealt with stress by eating.
