hey there all. i can use some advice. im looking for my first tri bike and can get great deals on both of the above mentioned bikes. the QR will be 600 more but the retail is significantly higher. both are mostly ultegra. any opinions on these or other options? thanks

You basically picked two bikes that are on the opposites of the fit spectrum. There's no way you can fit both well….

Both are good bikes, so you're not going wrong with their, but they have to fit YOU, so get a bike fit first and then start shopping.

yeah, the CD0.1 is a cool bike.  it's definitely one of the faster frames out there- at least at low aspect.  It's long and low, so great if you need that geometry, (longer torso, shorter legs, good lower back flexibility).  I've only ridden it a couple times, but found it incredibly stable and comfortable.  Really stiff and fast.

never rode the trinity.  probably a nice bike too.
