Subject: Strength Training Plans
I realize that adding strength training into what I do now is a good thing. Right now I'm looking for a triathlon specific plan that I can work into my winter workouts. Amazon has several books any recommendations on books or online plans?

Honest question: Why/How is it that you realize that strength training will bring you a benefit? Also, what kind of benefit are you looking for?

Most of the races are flat here, but I live in the area where I could do hilly rides with 1500-2000m of climbing. Is there much benefit with that if I am racing flat?
