Hey everyone, I wanted to let you know of something I've set up for Saturday the 7th. There's no cost, food and beverages (alcoholic and non) are provided. It's just a chance to hear a Kona champ give advice and answer questions. No sales pitch, no time shares, just a good time. Everyone is welcome. YOU MUST RSVP THOUGH! There are some seats available but not many left, so if you want to come you must call the number below and rsvp. Anyway, I thought I'd extend an invite to the folks on BT.

Details are below and can also be found:

My first reaction to wearing a skirt while running was, “are you crazy?” I am no girly girl. I then tried one of the newest skirts from Nicole DeBoom’s TRIKS line and I can tell you I’m hooked.
