I usually don't do this but I have been talking to a local guy about this bike. He has been all over the board with price but he finally said $750. Is this a good deal? It is full ultegra but an aluminum frame. He said 2010 is the last year Cannondales were made in the USA but I don't know if that is true. I just need a little advice. It is my size but I haven't test ridden it yet

This bike, if accurately described by the seller, is NOT a standard Cannondale model. None of the aluminum Synapse models use Ultegra parts or Mavic Aksium wheels. Press the seller for clarification. Cannondale's 2010 catalog link. http://media.cannondale.com/media/Manuals/10_CUSA_English.pdf

He said he did upgrade everything. I am just thinking this frame really can't be that great. I bought a carbon Specialized Transition with ultegra/dura ace mix last year and it was $1k. More thoughts would help me here.

FWIW, I just bought a 2013 women's cannondale synapse for a little over $900-- brand new, with 105 components
