Price question - new 2011 felt b2 di2

Hi,
By a local store I've been offered a brand new 2011 felt B2 Di2 for $4800 AUD. Is it a good price ?

I do love the fit of the felts and seems to me that this model offers a better fork and gearset than the newer versions of the b2.
