Subject: New Garmin 310xt not working with bt
Hi all,

I just got a new Garmin 310xt and I have it paired (using the ant stick) with my computer successfully, but for some reason, beginner triathlete's log doesn't recognize the device. My Garmin communicator plugin is up to date. Please help!!!

Have you uploaded your data to Garmin Connect at least once? When I got my 310xt, BT wouldn't see it until after I uploaded to Garmin Connect

Can you run Garmins Webupdater at:

http://www8.garmin.com/products/webupdater/ 

I assume that your 305 still uploads fine?  If the webupdater doesn't help, can you send a screenshot of the page that doesn't recognize the device?  Also give the other users idea a try.
