Subject: *DECEMBER 14 SITE UPDATE

We did a site update last night and worked on some issues with it this morning.

MOBILE

  • SETTINGS: A new 'settings' icon on mobile homepage to change email, password, forum notifications location.
  • 'TRAINING PROGRAMS' is new.  Allows viewing of workouts of bronze/silver plans, importing of plans and purchasing of plans on mobile.
  • RACES:  When searching for races, you can now view race ratings and race reports.  I honestly think that, now, we have the best, most up-to-date desktop and mobile race listings.  We've been putting a lot of work into it.
  • FORUM: We have included a search function.  We also included 'My threads' and 'Updated posts'.
  • Fixed some bugs relating to editing workouts in mobile

FULL SITE

  • Fixed a strength logging bug, some gear tracker issues, gear review search issues.
  • RACE LOG FEATURE:  You can now access race group threads from your race log, see updates and create new race groups
  • IE8/9/10 calendar print issues.
  • New homepage.  The old one was pretty but not producing results.  We went back to our roots.

Please let me know if you experience any problems - we are still working on some minor issues.  Per usual, do a browser cache and cookie clearing to verify.

Up at top, the "2 New Articles"
Is it possible to have that based on username rather than (I presume) cookies, please? I look at this site on quite a few different computers and every time there are new articles I have to click on that thing every time I get on a new computer.

Thanks

We just made a small, though important mobile update.  We moved the 'Reply' button to the persistent footer at the bottom of the threads, so you can reply without scrolling all the way back to the top.

The 112/4 Race Rehearsal Brick. If done correctly, the RR is usually no more stressful than a regular training ride, and that is probably the point.
