I came into this hoping for a PR but the previous two months I have been running in temps averaging in the low 40s. Race day was into the low 80s with 75% humidity, bright sun and no breeze. I knew I was going to have a hard day by mile six. I just really suck at running in the heat and humidity. The course actually wasn't all that great but I've certainly run a lot worse, besides, they really have limited space they can realistically work with. I'm mostly just glad to have Hawaii done and we had a great vacation.
What would you do differently?:

Probably nothing I'm just not used to running in humidity.
