My Garmin 405 hadn't been on in quite a while and when I uploaded my run today it came up on 6/28/2013. So can I change it so it shows up for today? I didn't see that I could, but maybe there is another way?

I did it for you.  What you do is go to the entry in your blog view and click 'edit training' --> move'  You can also use the move function in the calendar.

I was humbled last year. My body shut down on me just before two World Championship events. I was originally in top form to medal in both, but my strength was sapped from me.
