Currently setup as a road bike with Shimano ST-R700 Brifters. I also have the complete Aero Bars. Still in excellent shape. I would prefer local pickup (Orlando, FL Area) on the bike and trainer, however, I am not opposed to shipping. The buyer pays all shipping costs and I only charge the actual shipping costs and insurance. For feedback, feel free to look up my ebay account. The eBay username (ADM793) is the same as my forum username. If the items do not sell, they will be going on eBay on Sunday evening. Please PM me with additional questions.

$1100 includes:

Cervelo P1, Size 58 (Pedals not included)
Road and Aero handlebar setups
2 different stem sizes
52/38 Crankset (different than the factory size, FL is flat...)
Continental Grand Prix 4000s tires (No Punctures)
Dark Speed Works Aero Bag
2 Extra Tubes
2 CO2 Cartridges
1 Extra Tire (used on the trainer)

Additional Items for Sale: (Prices do not include shipping, buyer to pay actual shipping charges)

Shimano 105 Clipless Pedals (Some Scratches, but fully functional)- $40
Blackburn Mag Trainer - $175
Adamo Road Saddle - $80
Aero Water bottle (missing the rubber-bands, but I will continue to look) - $15
Pearl Izumi Men's Tri Fly IV Clipless Shoes, Size 11 - $65
De Soto Men's Forza Trisuit with 5 pockets, Medium, Red - Used in 3-4 training rides/runs and 1 Half. Never seen water, the swim was canceled in the Half. - $75

We are often asked the question, "What size frame should I buy" and the answer is “it depends”. I know that’s not the answer you want to hear, but hopefully the following will shed some more light.

The wheels are my first area of concern and I have started to shop around. I find it nauseating to think of spending the same amount for wheels as my bike. Any help?

Already a cyclist and not a bad swimmer, I figured all I had to do was build up to running a few miles and I’d be ready to go. The challenge invigorated me, and I ran out to buy new running shoes.

My thinking was that with three events, I could vary my training enough so it wouldn't grow stale prior to seeing positive results and finding the additional motivation I needed to continue training.

Is there a magic number of days off for your training plan? Is it a one size fits all or an an individual choice?
