After a couple weeks of swim clinic I have learned my self taught stroke (even if I'm reasonably fast) is pretty bad.  Other than all the pool drills I have been doing, is there any dry land drills to work on strength, and more importantly motion/technique?

I can't help with ones that would improve technique on dry land.
However, I really recommend that you Google rotator cuff rehab exercises.
If you are adding yardage and your technique is less than perfect, you will be stressing these little shoulder muscles.
Being proactive by doing them as PREhab, will really help you in the long run.

Check out the swim tubing drills. I'm a big believer. A big part of stroke correction is that a lot of the time people initially lack the strength and flexibility to really execute well (of course, T.I.T.S. trumps all -- Time In The Swim. ) The swim tubing really helps to establish and develop that. It's an integral part of Sheila T's swim training program.

The tubing drills are interesting, and I might have to try those. Has anyone used a stability ball to work on their kick? I have a craptastic bicycle kick that only gets worse when I get tired.

Not really a swim drill, but more of a focus on proper catch and pull technique to engage the lats and not the shoulders.

The one-arm drill. This drill will help you with body rotation, breathing, and pull. It also isolates one arm so you can really concentrate on what that arm is doing through the whole stroke cycle.
