Veteran  247   Nassau, Bahamas |  Subject: Great Abaco Family Fitness Weekend 2014Hey Guys - just wanted to let you know that we're holding the third annual Great Abaco Family Fitness Weekend from March 21st-23rd, 2014 in Treasure Cay, Abaco, Bahamas. Events consist of: Friday: 1 Mile Open Water Swim Saturday: Sprint & Olympic Triathlons (both individual and relays) 1 Mile Kids' Fun Run Junior Cheerleading Clinic Sunday: 5k/10k Run/Walk We also have Hector Picard joining us. A native of South Florida, Hector is a bilateral amputee who competes in triathlons and events and is also a motivational speaker. He will be talking with local schools and demonstrating how to change a tire - with no arms. He will be competing in the 1-Mile open water swim and Sprint Triathlon.       |
