So I am 6 feet and 207.

I told BT my activity is seated work and that I sleep 7 hours a night. It says my calories from life style are 2908, that does not include exercise.

For myfitness pal I put the same weight. Their question is how much activity, one option is 7 60 min workouts a week, which kind of fits what I do. It says my total calories needed are 2660, so that includes exercise.

Why the big difference?

I'm surprised that it is that high from either. I am 6'3" 236, 6x60 with light activity and my base is only 2090?

MFP had my suggested intake at 1,200! I am 5'6 but that seems SO low.

A powerful attraction of the calories in/calories out paradigm is its apparent simplicity. Unfortunately, the human body isn’t so simple and that is why this seemingly wonderful formula doesn't work.
