Subject: Tight Glutes My running is being hampered by a problem with my glutes and to a lesser extent hamstrings. Basically after 4, 5kms, I start getting tightness in my glutes, by 8, 9kms they feel like they are on fire and I have to pretty much stop. I've been trying to stretch them, but not sure of what is the most effective stretch? And also what else I should be doing. Any advice would be appreciated! |
