Subject: Albany training buddies?
I've been on beginner triathlete before and I can't believe this is my first time in the forums! Anyway, I'm brand new to Albany and would live to find some training buddies. I joined the Capital District Triathletes already! I'm pretty slow, 10-12 min mile run pace, but I get it done. Training for the Double Mussel

Are you down in Albany or just in the Capital District area?

There is also Bethleham Tri Club, Saratoga Tri Club, and Adirondack Tri Club. All of the clubs are great and you will meet some fantastic people from them.

Just seeing this post!

I live in Rensselaer and am looking to meet some locals for some training. New to Tris (ran a sprint last year and have a few on the calendar for this season).

I have a membership at the YMCA (where I swim) and will start using the Mohawk-Hudson bike trail for my runs and rides. I'm slow, all around, lol.

Let me know if you are still looking for training buddies.

Mike

Hey guys! I just drove in from VA today and would like some company for a run or ride or both this evening. In town for USAT certification. Shoot me a text. 804-366-3360.
