Great thread and great timing.  Just picked my 910 up yesterday after almost 8 years with my 305.

I look forward to the auto-sync, but interestingly I dumped Garmin Express because I couldn't get any files onto BT, and went back to Ant+ Agent.  When I reverted Garmin still syncs to Training Peaks, I had guessed it wouldn't do that, but it did.

I am uber excited for this, eliminating steps and time! One thing I noticed today is that the drop down menu's no longer work on my iPad. Noticed this today, click on training log and instead of giving the drop down menu it just goes straight to training log. So I have no way of going to the progress or even the my training plan section. Same for community button, goes straight to forum and does not give the option to go to other areas. I assume this is just a side affect of the work being done but wanted to communicate

You need to clear the browser cache, and I had to also clear the history as it would not keep me logged in on the full site after clearing the cache. If you are on iPad go to settings and safari and there is option to clear history and cache.

Hi there, can someone explain how to actually get this to work?

I've been following this thread for several months. I have the latest version of Garmin Express and my activities upload onto Garmin Connect just fine, but (1) I'm not seeing the workouts automatically being imported into BT and (2) even if I try to add a workout using "Device Upload", BT does not detect any new workouts on my watch.

What am I doing wrong? Has whatever magical thing that has been in the works not been fully implemented yet? Do I need to allow access somewhere?

Thanks for the help!

We have been trying to get this to work this weekend but haven't.  It has worked on our development site, but when things got transferred over with an official Garmin license and we went live, it didn't work.  We have an email into Garmin and will hopefully resolve this upcoming week.

Up until now for the past 10 years, we always go live with new features on the weekend as there is less traffic if there are problems.  This is the first time working closely with a third party - I forgot, they don't work on weekends like we do.

My apologies, we hope to get this live next week.  We hope it's just an configuration setting when Garmin took us to the production platform.

Ah okay thanks for the update Ron! From the thread it seemed like it was already up and running. For now, I will continue downloading and importing the TCX files. Thanks!

Supersix3, looking at the previous posts on this thread, they tried to implement it last week but had some glitches. Had to go back to garmin to sort something out. Hopefully it will be rolled out this weekend.

Thanks, I upload to Garmin Connect & Strava via Garmin Express. Therefore communicator won't work for me. Let's hope they sort it out. express is quite seamless with the other sites. I appreciate your feedback

Ron,

I'm assuming, based on the other thread in Tri Talk that you are still working with them on the "new" problem?

I tried uploading from my fenix 2 (uses express) and had no luck so I assume it is still down.

Correct, I have some outstanding emails I'm waiting to hear back from Garmin on.  I'm hoping it's and easy fix on their end.
