Morning/afternoon everyone!

Just got back from the worst bike ride/run brick ever! I'm usually able to go out super early on the weekends but due to my son's soccer schedule, that wasn't happening this one. So went out today and between the construction, traffic, honking horns and dogs...my nerves are fried. ugh!

Just glad it's over and Friday. Have a great weekend!

2700 in the pool this morning. My workout was supposed to be 3700.. But I ran out of gas and my form started to break down..

Week totals in the pool - 10,300
