What would you do differently?: get better fueled the night before  Post race
Warm down: had a few burgers and a beer, t down , stretched but had a long drive home afterward and didn't want to drive at night so i left pretty quickly after eating. What limited your ability to perform faster: i did a 50 mile race the weekend before and was probably not fully recovered for this one. I should have had a better dinner the night before... or had some food during the run. I was really hungry the last ten miles. Event comments: Really well organized. Aid stations were well stocked with a variety of food and drink. It was the best race in that aspect. plenty of water ice and aid station goodies to keep you going. had to drive early to make it to the race on time. did not do my normal race routine. Stopped for coffee and egg mcmuffin on the way to site.
