Pre-race routine:

Woke up 2 hours before the event: Oatmeal, coffee, water, bathroom a few times and a little stretching.
Event warmup:

Ran 1.2 miles to the starting line from my hotel. It was great warm up and kept me from having to stand in the cold wind and rain before the race.

Event comments:

Great post race part with 2 hours of free food and beer at the House of Blues
