Mine is measured in pots, or maybe quarts, and probably sometimes gallons.

I have one cup of coffee a day.

Okay, it's a 24 Oz cup but only one a day.

I am something of an addict. I have SOMETHING every morning unless I have a big afternoon workout. If I have a big afternoon workout I'll skip the morning dose, then about 45 minutes before beginning the training, I have something. It might be a KickStart (same amount of caffeine as a 20oz Mtn Dew), or it might be a monster rehab. Pretty much limit myself to <175mg a day, but I'm not going to lie and say that I've never had a couple Venti lattes in one day's time. I guess there are also days where I don't have any caffeine, or just a small mug of coffee, but those are about as rare as the double-trips to Starbucks days.

One time, I was struggling with energy and thought caffeine could be a good SINGLE solution (like before exercise) I was having a Monster when I woke up and another like 1-2pm. Then I found this crap called "Spike" energy drink or something like that. It has an insane amount of caffeine in it. There are warnings all over the side and the lady at the gas station checked my ID to make sure I was over 18. I did that on several occasions and pretty much felt like super man for the day. No way that could be safe, though, so I've quit that nonsense.

I drive a Charger. I didn't know they were prone to sugar issues. Where do I put the coffee?

Thanks God! The relationship I have with coffee is complicated.

Nothing like a hot cup of coffee to get that morning..... ermmmmm....  pre-race.......  ummmm....... "dropping the kids off at the pool" to get your day started.

More excuses for my addiction! 2-3 cups a day (any more does a number on my stomach). It's great to live in a country that produces the stuff and knows how to do it right!

Not your typical review, but a review nonetheless. The first thing we triathletes need before any training can be contemplated is COFFEE! Learn how to make espresso for early morning workouts.
