(just pinch the end to open it up...wait...that sounds oddly sexual.....never mind)

i have read this and tried it and i make a mess every time.

(also oddly sexual sounding, sorry)

*Cats go into heat a long time before they're fully grown; just because the kitten looks small, it doesn't mean she's not "ready"!
*Termites eat cardboard as well as wood
*Sunglasses go on top of the cap, not under it, if you don't need them at the moment on a run. (You'd think I'd have figured this out in 35 years of running, but, in addition to being a space cadet, I'm an Oregonian--even in summer our sun usually comes out mid-afternoon, and in Saigon I usually run very early AM, so I don't take my sunglasses running much, except on long bricks or race situations, where I'm too far gone to notice where they go.)

3) If you cut the pineapple top off a pineapple and put it in soil, it will grow a plant that will grow pineapple (eventually, if the soil is warm enough long enough).

All you proud new owners of the pineapple corer-thingy can go c-r-a-z-y

Yes, and eventually this becomes an addiction because it is soooo easy to do. Then the side of your house has 13 pineapple plants planted. Or is that just me? Either way, they are tasty.

How to manage money before I was on my own.

Parents belived in the whole taboo of discussing money with the kids.

I am still paying for my single and stupid years in both dollars and habit-breaking.

That's a pretty good one

Somehow my husband hadn't seen the "Honey Badger doesn't give a ___" Youtube until the other day. That thing is pure gold.

I just learned that Switch doesn't know what pure gold is.

Haha was going to leave that one alone, but since Brad opened the door... Uh yeah... that video is annoying as hell.

I have a long history with PBS Nature and George Page and  my husband runs a nature education program for kids.  The contrast of those experiences with the effimanite, foul-mouthed voice over hit me just right. I was crying-laughing by the time we got to "Little does he know he's been stung by the cobra."

Does that mean your husband can answer the question of "what does the Fox say"?

If you have a newer version of an iPhone, you can ask Siri "what does the Fox say?" and she'll give you an answer.

My recent discovery is that if I run hot water through my espresso machine right before I actually make a cup of espresso, the resulting cup will be a million times better.

I only recently noticed the "31" in the Baskin Robbins sign. In my defense, I don't go there, just drive by it A LOT

Its funny, once you notice things like this you can't "unsee" them.

Like the white arrow in the FedEx logo.

This isn't too recent, but I should have known it long before now.

U-HAUL, means ''you haul'' ...as in you haul your own stuff.

Yea, sad, I know.
