OK, what does everyone have for a Final Four? Any favorites to win the thing? And who is this year's FGCU or Harvard?  I think the selection committee has hosed Wichita State, they'll have a brutal road to get to the final and while I like their story, I'm not sure they have enough gas in the tank. I went outside the box and have Iowa State winning the whole thing. And the women's tournament should wind up with ND and U Conn at the end. 2 undefeated teams head to head would be really cool, but what are the chances?

As a Shocker alum / fangirl / season ticket holder, I'm not surprised. I'm not going to come out and say we're going to win it all, but the team is pretty special this year. Looking forward to all of it!

I think it is Florida's year to win it all or Mich ST. Either of those will be the champ.

I do not buy the Wichita St hype. Yes 34-0 is impressive, but diving into the team schedule is not too impressive, plus I think they do have a really tough bracket to get by.

But I could be wrong and that is why the play the games...

Lisa, you were one of the folks I thought of as I watched the bracket stuff. I hope ya'll can get through it, but it will be a long road.

LB - My final is nearly identical to yours, but no Michigan St. I have them going down to Iowa State. And I CAN'T put Florida at the end, it is just too painful.

Brad - I believe there is a bracket that gr33n setup.

Ditto, with the exception that I took Baylor over Arizona, with Creighton losing early.
Louisville and MSU, with MSU winning it all.

I find the West to be the toughest to try to figure out......there are a lot of teams there that I consider even.  Oklahoma St., Oklahoma, Baylor, Nebraska, Oregon, Wisconsin, Creighton, and there are some real sleepers in there.....N. Dakota St, San Diego St., even Gonzaga can get hot.  And I don't consider Az. to be a strong #1.

I HATE THE WEST!!!!!

I like what they did to them.....they've played nobody all year....now we'll see if they are who they think they are.

ETA - no hatred Lisa.....but I'm happy to see them have to play some really good teams to get there....because if they do get through, it's settled.

I still remember my first day in the office here in Beijing.   Pro basketball is very, very big here, but college ball is barely on the radar.  My boss asked me:  "Isn't it time for the big college basketball tournament?  What do they call it?  April Insanity?"

Oh, SO CLOSE!

Funny that you mention the West, I'm still wrestling with some of those games. But if Wichita State were in there, it's a no brainer, they end up in the final game. I never really thought about seeding before, but this may show how important it is.

I have Florida, Michigan State, Wisconsin, Louisville. I thought I was being all clever until I was watching Sportscenter on the trainer this morning and saw that our fearless leader, Barack Obama, picked the exact same final four. Ugh!

I've got Louisville, Michigan State in the final with State winning by seven for Izzo's second National Championship.

I can only dream that I will be right. Filled out a Billion Dollar Bracket as well

Totally agree! They've been asking, begging to play "better" teams for years and no one will agree to play them. This is their chance!
