You could probably secure the pouch with clothes or something. There should be other similar packs that do have a back pouch where you could put a hydration bladder, though. Another good source for run-commute type stuff is Osprey. They manufacture in Vietnam and I occasionally get stuff to "test" from a parent who works there--haven't seen anything big enough to hold work clothes, but they might have a roomier model on their website. |

I am finally getting around to providing a new "best purchase". I spend $.99 + $4 shipping at Amazon and got 5 little fuses. I replaced three of them in my 52", 7 year old plasma TV which had stopped working. Samsung wanted $500+ to fix my TV, so with the help of YouTube and Amazon, I did it myself at a whopping cost of $4.99. I now have a beautiful working HDTV again. I'd say that is a good purchase.

Oh, just remembered. I'm into collecting cast iron (which had me in the used good store in the first place!) Cast iron is one of the few things that get better with age/use. This time we travelled by bike and the experience was awesome. There is hardly any traffic and the bicycle travel is a usual mode of transportation there. Most towns have at least a few private houses that you can stay in, so we didn't even bring camping gear. Anyway, it was even better than bicycle touring in France. |
