Okay, maybe I am a complete idiot but when I go to enter a run distance on my phone, there does not appear to be an option for partial miles. For example, if I run 5.5 miles, there is no decimal point and I only seem to be able to enter whole miles. Am I missing something obvious?
Thanks,
Karen

Samsung Galaxy S3 mini
When I tap on the screen to enter my distance a number pad pops up which I assume (correctly or maybe not??) comes from this site because I have never seen it anywhere else.

Grrr.  This is Samsung's fault.  My keyboard is doing the same thing now and I remember a user had the same issue nearly a year ago.

The below tutorial is what I used to get the decimal back - I had 'Swype' as an additional keyboard - though it sounds like Google Keyboard is a good one too.

Ron,
Thank you for getting back to me so quickly! I didn't realize that the problem was with my phone! I changed to the Swype keyboard which was available on my phone and the problem is solved! Thanks for going out of your way to help me with a problem that wasn't even site related! I am slow at embracing new technology and, shhh, don't tell but I just got this as my first smart phone! I am still trying to figure a lot of it out. Again, many thanks!
