Subject: running drills
Need help with something, I would like to incorporate drills into my running routine. I run 5 days a week, do I add an extra day for drills? The reason i ask because a lot of articles that are useful but vague at the same time and it's hard finding other fellow triathletes willing to share some tips, I'm willing to help anybody with tips all they have to do is ask.
Appreciate the help guys.

If you're running 5 days a week, you don't need to add an extra day. Just incorporate drills into one or two of your running days.

Or all of them.  Jr. doesn't run without drilling first.  I give them credit for speed and durability in his running.  He just spent another day with Bobby Mcgee going over them again and perfecting them for his training.  They are absolute gold IMO.
