The Intermediate Sprint custom plan starts me off with long runs of 3.1 miles, but my long runs are already at 7.5 miles. I see how to change the distance, but is there a way to do that so that the short and medium distances automatically change to be proportional? Do I have to change it manually each week or can the plan automatically calculate the increases and recovery distances?

I solved the problem by changing to the Intermediate Olympic template. All of the workouts & volume are closer to what I am doing. Maybe I'll just go ahead and compete at Olympic distance in 2015.
Changes are still awkward though. If I change the time or distance of a given workout, nothing else recalibrates.

I would just take ideas from the plan and make up your own. Personalize your own plan versus following plans designed by others..
I personally cannot follow any plans created by others. Instinct develops as you read and listen to your body.....
