Subject: Let's play doctor: bump in the front of the shoulder?

I have increased my swimming volume lately.  Today after my swim I noticed a bump/lump, approximately the diameter of a quarter, in the front of my right shoulder.  I don't have "pain" per se, but I can feel it in this shoulder. 

Any ideas what it could be?  Anybody experience anything like this after increasing swim volume?

Just a guess but maybe some type of cyst from irritation?

I have bursitis--a little classic case of too much, too soon.

This isn't me, but this is representative of the shoulder lump thing.
