Best Trail Shoes for a 50 mile Ultra

 5 |  Subject: Best Trail Shoes for a 50 mile UltraI will be running the Superior Trail 50 miler in September. From what have read and watched, the course is very rocky and root filled. Wondering if anyone has a suggestion for Trail Shoes. My last two pairs of trail runners have been Brooks Cascadia 7's. They have been sufficient for the mostly dirt and grass trails that I've been running at Rock Cut State Park, but I'm concerned about the more rugged terrain at Superior and thinking a shoe with a more sturdy sole may be to my benefit. Any thoughts? |

There is a whole section for ultra running. Repost this in that specific forum and you will get better feedback, aaaguyyyyy. |
