So April already, who is in for hitting some goals this month and getting leaner as we get closer to summertime and race season for most.

Post your starting weight, goal for the month, and weigh in on Wednesdays and motivate each other.

I'm in! I was following this thread last month and was looking forward to starting in April. My current weight is 153.7. My long term goal is to be at (or below) 140 by August. My goal for the month is to hit 150.

I'm looking forward to this!

I am turning 40 May 1st, I really really want my weight to be 210. That is four weeks to take 2.5 per week.

I am back to drinking smoothies in the morning, bringing my lunch 3 to 4 times a week. Eating one thing cleaner per month. Last month I let too many things be an excuse. This months cleaner is having a salad with at least one meal a day. These are small salads with "good" dressing on them.

I am testing out juicing, and plan that to be next months addition. Anybody having any juicing recipes that are easy. Also, how do you use juicing? Is it in addition to a meal or a meal replacement or in place of a smoothie. Or what you use in your smoothies. I am new. So, I am trying to figure this out over this month.

I am in! but I have to weigh in on Thursdays, that is when I have access to a scale.

I'm back in too. Finished March looking good - last weekend I was 144.9. As of Friday, April 4th, I was 146.4. Sigh.

So, for April I'm aiming for 142.

Keys to this will be more vegetables and fruits, and less dependence on potatoes, rice, and crackers. I already meal plan and batch cook on the weekends, but will spend more time on snacks instead of just main meals. I'm also re-introducing some yogurt to boost my calcium and satisfy my sweet cravings at the same time - vanilla yogurt with berries is a way better choice than ice cream or chocolate!

With IMMT training ramping up, I'm trying to balance eating enough and still loosing a little. I'm down a bit for March, now to continue the trend in April.

I've started running again and need to get my weight down, so here I am.  If my scale at home is accurate, my weight this morning was 140.  I would like to see 135 by the end of the month.  I really need to adjust my food intake (I LOVE sweets!)  and get my stress level in check.

I'm not sure what happened here. I put in a long week of training, and didn't eat terribly (but I did indulge a little more than normal, mainly because my training hours were up). Hopefully it's just a normal fluctuation.
