What is your "other" bike?

This year I'm on a sweet new ride. I love it, but the problem is that I have 4 kids including 2 little ones that I like to pull in a trailer. I'm not hooking the ol' trailer up to my tri bike and am looking to replace my 75 pound wal-mart mountain bike. What is your "other" bike?

I found a pretty nice all carbon Litespeed M1 road bike on Ebay for about $1100 shipped.  105 level components.  You can find them elsewhere online for around $1400-$1500.  Looking to put some miles on it this spring/summer with by boss' group in Lawrence to add a ton more volume to my weekly workouts.

My Tri bike is a road with aerobars so my only other bike is and old MTB, early 90's Specialized Stump Jumper, original pink and green paint, no suspension.

A "vintage" Bianchi roadie I picked up at a used bike store. Shifters are on the down tube and everything!

My other ride seems to be my tri bike_cervelo p2c. I have a cervelo s1 I love to ride and put most of my miles on. Also a specialized rock hopper comp 29we for the trails and an Electra beach cruiser for riding the paved trails down to local watering holes. An then there is my tricycle for trips to the grocery store, liquor store, and even hardware store.
I gave my old Mountain bike to my dad to cruise around on, but still like that old trek 820

I bought a $50 circa 90s bianchi mountain bike with hybrid tires from craigslist. I use it to tow around the little ones on the trails.

I have a sweet 85' Cannondale CAAD3 that I used for a couple racing seasons. The bike's older than I am. Aluminum frame, 7-speed shifters and brakes don't really work, but it's still pretty great. I'll start using it to commute to work this summer once I attempt to fix my brake issues. I get way more comments about it then my P2 does.

Is this an adult big wheel or trike? Any pictures. Would love to see.

I'm getting inspired by all these 'other' bikes and really want to ditch my old mongoose mtb for something "cooler" for pulling the kids around.

going to try this picture thing- I am tech novice though.  First picture shows the lights (also have those on the beach cruiser), Kroozie to hold a beverage and a sweet horn!  Second shows the basket after a trip to the local hardware store for some fertilizer and the liquor store next door for some daddy juice.

If you are looking for a cruiser or trike I have a friend that sells them in Olathe. Big time cruisers. The have a store off I-35 and 169. Or just check their website.

I got my (and my wife's) electras at bike source. We love them. Old school single speed with a bell and basket. Trike is a 3 speed though.

The triathlon bike vs. road bike quandary. Before you even ask the road bike vs. tri bike question, you should have a couple sprint triathlons or duathlons under your belt.
