Parked behind Piggly Wiggly @ Sea Island shopping center. All went well. Finished Red Bull and sipped on a Blue Powerade. 1 swig of a 5 hr. energy and some cinnamon trident.

Comments:

Well executed. Goal was to keep HR between 165 & 170. Moved to the front of the corral. Easily maneuvered through waves in front of me. I noticed when I was gasping for air my HR was around 170 so I would back off. Had enough to run hard for the last 200 yds. One of my best performances in keeping in control. I couldn't have run much faster w/o running too hard and having to hang on as I slowly crashed.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing, LIke I said, I executed this race well.
Post race
Warm down:

Walked through crowd and got a bowl of watermelon, 1 bottle of water, 1 go brand of energy drink and a 1 Johnsonville Bratswurst on a bun. Sat at the corner of Meeting and Charlottte and waited for the rest of the crowd.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nothing

Event comments:

Well put on.Good Stuff
