ALOHA!!

Hi.
I'm Jeffrey from the great state of Hawaii. I was introduced into triathlon a little over a year ago by some friends I was cycling with and there's been no turning back since. I completed my first tri in November 2012 at Lavaman Keauhou on the big island of Hawaii. At the time I was mostly just cycling, barely running and hardly swimming. I was working as a bartender,that wasn't really conducive to the tri lifestyle so I quit, after 17 years. I got my Personal training cert and began working at my local bike/tri shop Island Triathlon and Bike. I really dove into triathlon in a big way. One year to the day from my first tri I completed Ironman Arizona(2013). It was one of the most amazing days of my life. I love the community and the lifestyle that triathlon offers, and most of the people I have met are pretty awesome too. I look forward to being a part of this new community and sharing our experience with triathlon.
