Not the best picture but... After some deliberation on size I ended up going with the small. I got such a fantastic deal if I find it doesn't fit I can sell and probably make money! Had my first ride on it yesterday. Quite a bit different than the road bike. Need to go back to the fitter for a few adjustments but I think it's gonna work just fine. Road about 20 miles and had no problem staying in the aero position. Definitely handles differently than my road bike.

Handling is different than a road bike, many refer to it as twitchy or nervous. After a couple hundred miles you get used to it.

Define steep!

Everything is hills where I live, Fastest I have been on the tri bike in aero is 47mph. I think its all a matter of what you get used to. If I rode flat terrain all the time I probably would not be will to go that fast. As is I hit 40 mph on any ride I do around here.

sweet.

Speed safely.

just for fun:  how many times does it say "Trek" on your bike?  I can see 7 on this side alone- so it's at least 14.  Probably higher if you find some smaller ones.  I see 8 "Bontrager" logos on this side of the bike as well.

Treks are funny that way.

I only had 6 weeks to prepare, so I pushed myself pretty hard while I was training. After my first figure competition, my trainer had me take a week off just to rest and recoup. Was this needed?

A quick and easy 20 minute at home strength training workout. This is a freeweight workout, so only a few dumbbells are needed.

I started riding this spring with the Carnac shoes on Look pedals (with plenty of float). About five minutes into a ride I get sharp pain on the outer edge of my feet, just behind the pedal.
