Comments:

I got some pretty serious leg cramps in the last three miles and they didn't go away. I really didn't take as good a care of myself as i should have. There's something about hometown races that make me act more like it's a training run. Even though this really was just a training run I still should have paid more attention.
What would you do differently?:

Drank a lot more.
