Kick - just kick with a kick board
Back - backstroke
Pull - only pull while holding a pull buoy between your legs
Build - progressively get faster throughout the set, i.e. 4x100 build, your first one should be the slowest and the last your fastest
Hard - swim hard
Wu - warm up
Cd - cool down

Build - pace increases , gets faster
Back - backstroke
Wu warm up
Cd cool down

16x 50 the evens 2, 4, 6 etc are and 8/9 out of ten on the effort scale , odds probably easy but that set isn't written clearly

EBEH = Easy Build Easy Hard

Where segments of a longer set are divided into 4 then done EASY then BUILDING then EASY then HARD
