I was fortunate to not only attend the Masters Tournament, but helped with the www.drivechipandputt which is an amazing experience for the kids.  The most amazing part is that the event starts with local qualifiers in all 50 states (yes, even Alaska) and it is totally free for the participants.

Sign up your child and they could be hitting shots at Augusta National next April!

That's awesome, Mike. Which rounds did you go to? I watched a lot of that DCP with my son. He's only 2 but absolutely obsessed with golf. He just liked watching kids golfing on TV instead of adults. Couple more years and maybe you'll see him there.

I was there for the DC&P and the two practice rounds and the par 3 on Wed.  I am the guy in the white shirt leading the kids in the dark right at the beginning.  So special!

I usually have at least one workout per day, sometimes two or three, but I spend about all in-between time eating. I am not gaining weight, but I am not losing weight either. Should I be concerned?

Swimming and golf can both present you with a meditative-like form of exercise that I have found to be both fulfilling and fun!

Sometimes the best way to master something is to be around people who are masters of it. For non-swimmers - there is the Master’s Swim group.
