Subject: Selling advice
Hi all. I am a non cyclist but belong to a similar forum ;for acoustic guitar enthusiasts) and am hoping I can get some advice. I came to own a kestrel 500sci (56cm) through happenstance and am looking to sell (as a newbie I can't post to the classifieds here).

I am in NJ. Any recommendations on a shop that might take it on consignment ?

It has all (I think all) campy Chorus components and 650 Shamal wheelset.

Thanks a lot!

John

D&Q in Cherry Hill has a bike swap every year. You tell them what you'd be willing to take for it and they set up in their parking lot for a weekend.

It's like a flea market for bikes and I think, not positive, they take a little percentage of what it sells for.

Using a high-volume schedule for many months is not the best tactic. Build speed and skill several months out, and then transition to a high-volume IM plan.

Honey, great news. I just spent our kids’ college fund on a new bike! The sales guy said it will shave at least 3 seconds off my 40K time. Umm, honey why do you have a knife in your hand???

A lot of my unnecessary troubles and tribulations were because of my defiance, acting on my own naïveté and strong will. I was not acting on the advice given to me.
