I am a Sock Guy Plain and simple tried training and racing with out them but was never comfortable, If I thought I was going to loose a race over the 15 seconds it takes to put them on then I might reconsider but I don't think there's much chance of that happening . Dry Max OR Defeet marino wool are my preferred choices.
I didn’t used to like to run slow. You begin to recalibrate your needs and wants and if-only you could jog an easy two miles, three times per week. Running is a gift.
