Good luck, enjoy it, take it all in and have an spectacular time. The energy here is absolutely amazing, regardless of times we're all winners.

Now go crush it! See you out there

And post numbers, so that we can track you. Our Monday procrastination plans are in your hands.

Looking like a nice day out there for you folks. Perhaps a bit of a headwind, but I don't think there will be too much trouble finding people to draft off.

Yeah hopefully the wind doesn't kick in like it was last night. Crikey!

The atmosphere would seem to have to be more electric than last year with all of the things surrounding this years event.  To all who are running this year, especially first timers, drink it all in, don't get to the finish line and wonder if there is anything you've missed.  You've already made it to the pinnacle of marathoning, now just absorb it.  There's nothing like it.............Well, except for Kona maybe?  But then I haven't been there.

Awesome! I'll be in the neon green Zoot singlet with Zoot shorts and shoes I ran past that Temple this afternoon during my shake out run.

Ditto!  So wish I could have been there this year- but alas, the body could not BQ last season.

Wishing all those who earned their right to be there- to take it all in and enjoy the experience.

Ack! Enjoy the day and don't damage yourself out there Nate. You have bigger fish to fry.

Hope your ITBS takes a turn for the better.

I just ran the Boston Marathon under nine minute miles, can I run eight minute miles for my half Ironman training runs? Or should I go slower?

I am running Boston in April and Ironman Lake Placid is in July. I have been told that it is ambitious to think about doing an IM so close to a marathon due to the recovery time. Any suggestions?

At first I thought, "Oh boy, what a mistake!" Let’s face it, I could barely run half a mile, I had not swum in forever, and my biking skills were not great, to say the least.
