Good morning BT!

Today:  recover!

I'm hobbling around on very sore legs today.  I always hurt running half marathons on pavement since most of my training is on dirt roads/trail.  Anyhow the Salt Lake City Half  was a great race.  A bit of a difference in my Garmin time and official time--My Garmin said 1:58, official time said 2:00!  Whatever, a good race for me!

Have a happy Easter and eat lots of chocolate and jelly beans!

Happy Easter!

A brick workout for me today 40 minutes or so on the mountain bike and a 3 mile run.

Happy training, everyone. Be safe.

Congrats on the race! Brick workout here--3 hour bike and 30 minute run. In honor of Easter I ate part of a chocolate fish in between them (the rabbit was already eaten!)

Happy Easter!

After Suicide Saturday (90 miles on the Tri, 30 miles on the MTB, 6 sets of skiing, 6800 in the pool, and 2 hours of rock climbing with the wife) today was my much needed day off... sorta.... We took the boat to the lake... no slalom course buoys to round... just fun with the family... and watching my parents ski was priceless (they use to compete when they were about 30 years younger...)

Hello All!
Wow, some impressive workouts this weekend!
Today was recovery for me. Too much going on with early Easter egg hunt with the kids, church and then lots of cooking and preparing for the family to come over. It was wonderful though and I'm glad I got everything in earlier this week so I could enjoy today!
Trying to stay away from the M&M's but at least I have lots of leftovers for the next couple days!

Happy Easter and enjoy the rest of Sunday!!

Kim,

I'd go with your garmin time.    Garmin's don't lie.

Me- I did a nice easy 10mi trail run today.  Well, half trail, half road and dirt road.

If you are able to honestly look at your routine and find the balance, you will be a happier person and a happier athlete as well.
